These terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply to private persons and to the purchase of goods onthe corrosion group.se with delivery in Sweden.
Order and payment
Anodefactory.se is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop when it suits you. You choose the items you want to buy and put them in your "shopping cart". At the checkout, you can check that all the details are correct, such as the price of the item, the number of items and the delivery charge. You can only order items that are in stock. Any shipping charges and discounts are calculated before you are ready to pay.
We at Anodefactory.se have a partnership with the payment service Klarna that gives you a safe and secure payment. Klarna's various payment options are to pay directly from the account, pay against invoice or split the payment.By choosing Klarna as your payment option, you also agree to their terms and conditions. Read more about Klarna here:https://www.klarna.com/se/smoooth/. You can also choose direct payment via your online bank or card payment (Visa or MasterCard) or Swish.
Once you have registered your order and received an order confirmation, we no longer have the option to cancel your order, especially during the high season. However, we always do our utmost to help you. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with your case.
Your goods are sent by PostNordor DHLand you can choose between different delivery options. You can choosebetween delivery to your local aboutdelivery directly to your door at the address you provide. The normal delivery time to retailers with take 1-2 days. Home delivery with takes1-3 days. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will dispatch all orders registered before 1pm.2the same day.
Once you haveaddedan order withAnodefactory.se you will simultaneously receive an order confirmation to the specified e-mail address. There is no binding purchase agreement withAnodefactory.se until you have received the order confirmation.
All prices onanodefactory.comare including 25% VAT and in Swedish kronor. Prices are valid within Sweden. If an order has a freight charge, this will be stated before a purchase is made.
We reserve the right to deviations in price, delivery errors, sold out goods, printing errors etc. due to human and technical errors ande.g. currency and tax changes.
Our promotional prices are valid for a limited time and the expiry date of the reduced price is always indicated on the product page. Our outlet prices are valid until the product is out of stock. Offers available during our seasonal promotions cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discount codes.
Due to the high volume of traffic during an ongoing promotion, theKorrosion Group is not able to cancel orders that have already been placed. Any returns must be made after delivery.
Our discount codes are only valid for limited periods of time and may have special conditions attached to them. Codes may be restricted so that they can only be used in conjunction with certain products, categories or brands. Discount codes cannot be combined with already reduced prices.
Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the checkout process, before you pay for your order. You may not apply a forgotten discount code once the order has been placed.
The parcel will remain with the postman for 7 days from the date of arrival. After that, the parcel is returned to the sender. We reserve the right to charge the customer a shipping fee for a parcel that has not been collected from the agent. The freight charge (currently85 SEK) refers to the cost of return freight.
The personal data you provide toanodefactory.se will be handled in accordance with the GDPR and with the utmost respect. With your consent, we use the information collected to fulfil our obligations to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal information for the following purposes:
- To enable you to create a personal member account onthe corrosion group.se
- In order for us to process your order and payment and deliver it to you
- To notify you of the delivery status, or to contact you in the event of a problem with the delivery of your order.
- To send you interesting offers and other marketing via email and SMS and information about events and promotions onthe corrosion group.se
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, industrial disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.
We accept no liability for indirect damage that may arise from the product. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to the products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Returns and right of withdrawal
If you need to return an item purchased on www.anodefactory.seyou shouldsend youthis email@example.com , in subject raden it must be returned.Please note that the consumer is always responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the goods are properly wrapped. The consumer is responsible for the package/goods until it is received byKorrosion Group. Therefore, always keep the receipt from the agent with the track number.
In the case of consumer purchases where the order for goods is placed via the internet, the consumer has a 30-day right of withdrawal. Please note that we apply a 14-day right of return on Outlet goods. The right of withdrawal applies from the day the consumer receives the goods. Should the consumer exercise their right of withdrawal within these 30 days, the full amount paid will be refunded. The conditions for using the right of withdrawal are that the goods are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when the goods were received. If the goods have been assembled/installed/used, the right of withdrawal does not apply. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to agent within 14 days from the date you have requested the right of withdrawal.
Lack of original packaging may be lead to a depreciation, so to be sure of a refund of the full amount it is recommended that the goods are returned in original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
Should you receive a misdelivered item, you must return the item to us within a reasonable time and you will receive the correct item back. The returned goods must be in unused and undamaged condition. We will send out the correct item as soon as possible, provided that the product is in stock or is expected to arrive within a reasonable time. Otherwise, we will refund the amount to your account.
Refund of money
When we receive the product, it will be checked to make sure everything is in order and the consumer will receive a refund of the full amount within 14 days. This is provided that the return isskicked firstname.lastname@example.org. We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods or if you cannot prove that you have returned them. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the consumer at the time of purchase. For example, if the consumer has paid by card, the amount will be returned to the payment card used.
NB: The consumer may miss out on a full refund, this happens if the value of the goods has been affected because: the goods are not in the same condition as when they were received. See the chapter on Returns and Right of Withdrawal above.
Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Sales Act and as a consumer you have a 3-year right of complaint. If you want to complain about a product purchased onthe corrosion group.seshallyou skick ditt caseto email@example.com, in the subject line it should say reclamation.Enteryour order number and give a brief description of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a proposed solution or a waybill for the return. We will send you a return number and a return label which will be used to handle your case quickly once the goods have reached us.
If you want to start a case, you mustThe Corrosion Groupbe informed within a reasonable time after the defect of the goods is discovered. We recommend that you file a complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 months after the defect has been discovered.
If the complaint is justifiedThe Corrosion Group will of course refund the shipping costs incurred in sending the goods to us. If not, you as the consumer must pay all shipping costs, including our shipping costs for the return ofthe goods after examination. Please remember that the goods must always be sent in the correct packaging and receive a receipt for delivery. The consumer is responsible for the package/goods untilThe Corrosion Group. Therefore, keep the delivery receipt with information about the tracking number.
This means that you can either have a faulty item repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. This is of course a requirement fromThe Corrosion Groupthat the complaint is justified and that the defect/damage to the item is not due to mishandling, normal wear and tear, modifications and misuse by the consumer.
Furtherwe take into account the Consumer Sales Act's rules on complaints (Konsumentköplagen).
Please note that goods sent without postage are not accepted byThe Corrosion Group.
If you have received the wrong products or products are missing from your parcel, please contact our customer service immediately, providing details of your order number and pictures of what you have received.
